Jay Neuman

President

Jay Neuman has 25 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Data Science, and Business Intelligence roles delivering data-driven business transformation for industry leading organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 in Advertising, Automotive, B2B Managed Services, Digital/Internet, Education, Entertainment and Real Estate.

As a Business Intelligence leader Jay has guided companies from a variety of industry sectors in transforming core business and marketing functions. He has also led onsite and email marketing, web design, and application development for these same companies. Some companies Jay has helped include: Toyota, Aramark Uniform Services (#2 Uniform Services Company in the USA), BizRate.com (Top 10 retail website on the Internet), Evite (#1 Online Invitation Service), Telescope, Inc. (#1 Participation Media company), Quigley-Simpson (#1 DRTV Ad Agency), R.L. Polk & Co. (#1 Automotive and Marketing Data Services company), Metropolitan Water District of Southern California – MWD (#1 Urban Water Agency).

As a Data Science practitioner, Jay has created impactful data science and digital technology applications, including: Telescope’s vote counting system used to count the votes on almost every TV vote show in the USA, R.L. Polk & Co.’s Multidimensional Buy Rate tool used by every automaker in the USA to target marketing messages, Toyota’s data management and measurement methodology used to continuously improve all direct marketing in the USA.

Since 2016, Jay has focused his career on Education Transformation and building Career Labs USA. Jay has also been a youth mentor for over 20 years.

Mischalay Williams

Treasurer / Secretary

Mischalay Williams is a Financial Controller who works with CFOs, CEOs, VPs, and Directors to align technologies, processes, and methodologies with the organization’s strategic goals.  She has worked over a decade driving financial success in accounting and finance for small tech companies and established large retail companies, 

Mischalay has supported growing businesses to complete their first financial audit, restructure their accounting departments, develop management and financial reporting, and implement $MM accounting software and peripheral systems.  She has been recognized for her efforts and ability to deliver measurable results against the highest impact business priorities.

While in college, Mischalay began an organization to provide tutoring and mentoring services to students of color with the intent of helping them along the path to higer education and how to succeed once there.

Pernell Marsh

Director

Pernell Marsh brings a multi-platform response to marketing initiatives as a TV post producer with 15 years in entertainment marketing. Overseeing the post production, quality control, and workflow management for NBC’s post production rooms, Pernell believes in the power of storytelling, understands the necessity of digital and non-digital engagement, and considers building relationships as pivotal.

Pernell’s history of marketing stems from experience in direct sales marketing to being a social media consultant to working in entertainment marketing. At NBC Universal as a post producer, he has participated in yearly sales presentations, development meeting packages, and year round launches for tentpole NBC dramas, comedies, specials, and major sporting events.

As a music producer and songwriter as well, Pernell possesses a keen ability for discovering and nurturing talent and creating efficient business workflows. Pernell thrives at making sure systems and processes are scalable, duplicatable, and sustainable. His innovation pushes not only the creative envelope, yet also cultivates the forward thinking and execution of the business side of music.
